In October 2024, the IIIEE research team with Yuliya Voytenko Palgan, Vera Sadovska, Oksana Mont and Andrius Plepys conducted the second mobile research lab on food sharing in Milan, Italy as part of the EU project CULTIVATE.
The group met with a number of study visits and activities, including food hubs, the university, restaurants, NGO's, farmer's markets, growers and a community initiatives .
It was a fruitful week for the Lund University IIIEE & Trinity College Dublin team in the Cultivate project, a total of five intensive days of Mobile Research Lab in Milan, resulting in useful insights and stimulating discussions.
