The Building

The IIIEE Building is located in the heart of Lund, situated right next to the cathedral and the old town. The building has a long history, and we are proud to share it, and be a part of it.

The building is an integral part of what makes the IIIEE unique. Completed in 1909, the building was designed by the architect Fredrik Sundbärg, and commissioned by the insurance company Skånska Brand to be used as their office headquarters. The building still houses large safety vaults, one of which is now a kitchen, and the many staircases, the decor and ornaments, and the rooms overlooking the park and the city create an outstanding atmosphere.

The building was extensively renovated in 1995 and 2003, when several rooms were restored to their original style. More renovation work will take place during 2022 to ensure that the building remains in good shape.
