This year, the clients included a range of actors from large businesses to NGOs and UNEP. Notably we this year, after 170+ projects in 35+ countries, for the first time have Brussels included in the exercise. Two projects were done there: one to explore how to most effectively talk sustainability in the new EU political context, and one looking into how member states could use the sizable money generated in the ETS system to support cleantech investments. CSRD, with the impact it has, proved to be a significant driving factor for some of the other clients. There is a lot of work to be done at so many different levels – it is good to see that our master students are well prepared to take on the challenges and deliver client value.
