How can we advance and deliver solutions to our pressing sustainability challenges? This question motivates our master students and in the final year they get to practice their skills in real-life consulting projects.

Nine student teams got the opportunity to explore, analyse and propose solutions to a client partnering with the IIIEE. The projects completed include:

  • Circularity of rare earth metals in wind turbines for RWE Offshore Wind,
  • Policy platform for the Circular Electronics Initiative, and
  • Collecting hydrogen storage vessels to reuse carbon fiber for Hydrogen King
