New book on Innovation for Sustainability

Nancy Bocken, Professor in Sustainable Business at the IIIEE, has co-edited a new book: Innovation for Sustainability: Business Transformations Towards a Better World, available here

The aim of the book:

The aim of this edited book is to provide a comprehensive overview of the opportunities and challenges related to innovation for sustainability. Combining work from both emerging and established scholars in different academic fields, this book provides an integrated understanding of the topic from four perspectives. First, the big picture: frameworks, types, and drivers; second, strategy and leadership; third, measurement and assessment and fourth, tools, methods and technologies. The book also bridges academic and practitioner perspectives, including section introductions by leading sustainability companies reflecting on their work in light of their journey to innovate for sustainability.

Editors: Nancy Bocken, Paavo Ritala, Laura Albareda, Robert Verburg
