Recruitment – When considering or preparing a project proposal

When considering or preparing recruitment for a project proposal, you need to consider the following:

  • Approval by Per on employment and form of employment
  • Decision by Per (Postdoktor and TA), Chairperson of the IIIEE Board and Per (PhD), Vice-Chancellor/USV/LTH (Professorship and teaching positions)
  • Start to think about who are you looking for? What qualifications and personality.
  • What person/position can be an asset also in the education?
  • Recruitments often take time (3-6 months)
  • Let Hanna know about your plan to recruit already in the planning phase
