Staff appraisal

Lund University state about the aim of the staff appraisals:

"Staff appraisals are to be conducted annually with all employees. The appraisal is based on the goals of the organisation as well as your own individual goals. There are different ways that you can prepare for the staff appraisal as an employee. The staff appraisal is a conversation with your line manager aiming to develop the organisation and you as an employee. By taking shared responsibility for the staff appraisal you, as an employee, become a participant in organisational planning."

For PhD-students: the content of your work, your aims and your progress are primarily discussed at the ISP-meeting, so we will focus mainly on the working environment.
