After two years of studies, master's students from Master's programme Environmental Management and Policy have now celebrated their completed studies in the traditional procession and ceremony.

Batch 31 of the masters program Environmental Management and Policy graduated today on 12th of June. The ceremony started with a procession with flags; graduates and teachers joining in the symbolic walk across Lundagård from the IIIEE building to Palaestra et Odeum. Once seated, the ceremony then continued with encouraging remarks from Jenny Palm, Head of Department, a keynote speech, musical performances, and reflections from members of the graduating class.

The keynote speech was delivered by Alumni Gayane Minasyan from Batch 4, who graduated from IIIEE in 1999. Gayane is working at The World Bank and shared some well selected insights and good tips.

The graduation lasts two whole days as the students continue to celebrate together with colleagues, family and friends in a joint dinner on Saturday.

Congratulations to all the new graduates, and as we keep saying: “you can leave but you never really check out…”!
