Aim: From Margin to Mainstream project systematically maps, analyses and synthesises knowledge on food sufficiency to deliver a practical typology toolbox and multi-criteria decision matrices that rank concrete policy bundles according to climate mitigation potential, political feasibility, equity impact and rebound risk. It will provide Swedish, Nordic and EU policymakers with concrete decision support for integrating sufficiency policies at different levels accelerating the transformation to net-zero and resilient food systems.
