Aim: Lund Urban Transition Lab brings together a portfolio of projects and initiatives that experiment with new approaches to sustainable urban development. These projects generate important knowledge through practice, but experience does not automatically translate into learning. A central role of the research team is therefore to support systematic reflection on what happens within individual projects, why it happens, and what can be learned across projects. The ambition is to create a learning environment in which research and practice are closely connected and where insights from ongoing activities can inform subsequent experimentation and decision-making.
