Summary, in Swedish

Abstract in Undetermined

This paper describes the Swedish-Polish Sustainable Energy Platform, its background, purpose and goals, as well as the partnerships between Sweden and Poland to establish this initiative. The paper also outlines a project initiated by the Swedish-Polish Sustainable Energy Platform to describe and analyze sustainable energy systems in Sweden, particularly from the perspective of local municipalities. The Swedish experience in renewable energy (particularly bioenergy) and energy efficiency as well as related policy instruments in the sustainable energy field can provide Polish stakeholders with applicable knowledge of opportunities, technologies and practice.
