Lund University is organising a seminar on the topic of ‘Transition Governance’. The seminar is organised as a part of a research project focusing on evaluations that generate knowledge on how different research and policy-related initiatives affect the energy system and their potential in realizing transformative changes in the society.
Today the knowledge on evaluation is fragmented and strongly linked to different disciplines. In the research project we develop cross-border knowledge regarding methods and evaluation of research and policy instruments. Several methodological approaches are critically analyzed and evaluation strategies that support ”transition governance” are developed. The project started in 2015/2016 and we now have some results that we would like to present and discuss.
During the seminar you will meet invited speakers that will provide us with interesting and challenging presentations, discussions and visions. Together we will explore and discuss the current evaluation practice and the potential realisation of transformative changes in society. The objective is to provide interesting interdisciplinary discussion.
The seminar is open for anyone interested in the topic, regardless of profession or workplace.
We look forward to seeing you at the seminar!
Last date of registration is 2 March 2018.
