Can Cities and Universities Save the World?

Visit the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) and listen to a public panel discussion on "Lifelong Learning and Advancing Sustainable Solutions". The event is free of charge and directed to the public – all are welcome!
As part of the Sustainability Week 2023 in Lund, the IIIEE is arranging a panel discussion on the role of lifelong learning for advancing sustainable solutions. Lifelong learning at the IIIEE encompasses Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), professional development education, science communication podcasts, and open academy networks. The panel will consist of Sofie Sandén (Open Academy), Carina Borgström-Hansson (WWF), Jessika Richter (MOOCs) and Björn Wickenberg (City of Malmö) and moderator is Kes McCormick (IIIEE).
This event is part of Sustainability Week 2023, an annual event organised in collaboration between Lund University and Lund Municipality. This year, over 60 lectures, guided tours, exhibitions, and more are arranged.
