New climate report conducted by the Climate Policy Council of Lund Municipality

On 3 April a new climate report was submitted to the municipal executive board of Lund. The report was conducted by the Climate Policy Council of Lund Municipality, a newly established council, with the aim to inspect the climate work of Lund Municipality and guide them towards reaching the goals set.

Lena Neij at the IIIEE is the Chair of the council and handed over the report with the statement that Lund Municipality is on its way to reach several of the climate goals they have set for 2020, but the challenge will be to reach the goals set for 2030 and 2050.

During Sustainability Week 2019, which takes place 8-13 April, the Climate Policy Council of Lund Municipality will present the report during the event 'Klimatpolitiska rådet', held on 10 April at 18:00 - 20:00 at Magle Konserthus.
