NATURVATION involves 14 institutions across Europe working in fields as diverse as urban development, innovation studies, geography, ecology, environmental assessment and economics. Our partnership includes city governments, non-governmental organisations and business.

We are assessing what nature-based solutions can achieve in cities, examining how innovation is taking place, and working with communities and stakeholders to develop the knowledge and tools required to realise the potential of nature-based solutions for meeting urban sustainability goals.

The entire partnership for the NATURVATION project convened in Lund on 24-27 September 2019 to discuss the key findings, conduct a workshop for the development of a textbook on urban nature, organize seminars to share insights and ideas across the working groups, and advance our impact pathways on urban nature.
