IIIEE taking part in the Baltic University Programme’s Annual Student Conference

Katherine Whalen and Jessika Luth Richter are presenting their Circular Economy research and running In the Loop workshops at the Baltic University Programme’s Annual Student Conference in Estonia 25-28th April.

Katherine Whalen and Jessika Luth Richter will be presenting their research about the Circular Economy in lectures and a workshop as part of the Baltic University Programme’s student conference in Aegviidu, Estonia 25-28th of April 2019.  The theme this year is “Sustainable Consumption and Circular Economy in the Baltic Sea Region”. Katherine Whalen will present her research on circular business models while Jessika Luth Richter will present about policies for more circular electronics. Both will run workshops with In the Loop, a Circular Economy strategy game developed by Katherine Whalen. Out of 190 student applications to attend the conference, several IIIEE students were among the final 70 students invited to attend.
