The year 2021 was characterised by COVID-19 with online meetings and hybrid education, but also by the many innovative solutions to keep a collaborate, engaging and vibrant environment for both students and staff when working from home. Looking back, we managed amazingly well with keeping a creative and joyful working environment. 2021 resulted in fantastic performance including collaborative processes leading to new insights and conclusions on how to advance a transformative change in society.
