Frans Libertson has successfully defended his Doctoral Degree

On Friday 24 May at 13:00 Frans Libertson from the IIIEE defend his thesis "The stories of user flexibility – An exploration of flexibility capital for a just energy transition". The defence was chaired IIIEE Senior Lecturer Carl Dalhammar.

Faculty opponent was Dr. Michael Fell – Senior Research Fellow at University College London. His work focuses on social aspects of energy use, in particular people's desire and ability to provide flexibility in electricity systems by changing usage patterns. 

Members of the examination committee were Associate Professor Max Åhman, Lund University, Associate Professor Gunnhildur Lily Magnusdottir, Malmö University, and Professor Kirsten Gram-Hanssen, Aalborg University. Deputy member was Researcher Henner Busch from Lund University.
