MISTRA Electric Transition is a 4-year research project by a Consortium of universities, research institutes and industries that develops a strategy for achieving Sweden’s climate neutrality by 2050. On behalf of the IIIEE, Professor Aleh Cherp will co-lead a sub-project that focuses on evaluating socio-economic and political feasibility of proposed technical solutions such as nuclear power, hydrogen and renewable electricity within this strategy and in the context of global and European economic, technological and political developments.
