Student Podcast: Sustainably Speaking Beyond the Classroom
Early 2023, the IIIEE launched its first student-led podcast on sustainability called "Sustainably Speaking: Beyond the Classroom!". The initiators were Inés Oort Alonso and Malek Al Jebaie, at the time part of the MESPOM program.
Currently Season 4 is hosted by Christa, Gabriele, Nora, Salma and Yarrow from the EMP program, Batch 32.
In each episode, they bring you conversations between sustainability change-agents at the IIIEE and its network. With themes ranging from food, industry, business innovation, and urban sustainability, this podcast is the perfect way to stay informed and inspired on the latest developments in the field of sustainability research, practices as well as policy and legislation.
Previous hosts from Season 2 were EMP & MESPOM students Ari Ronai-Durning, Justine Auvrignon, Marleen Mammen, Gabby McGuinty Cañete. Season 3 was hosted by the students Maria del Carmen Nuñez Salazar, Marianna Pilecka, Nana Usami, Nicole Friedman, Karl Rasmus Sayre, Simon Hirzel, Sofie Bergset Janols, and Yookyung Oh from the EMP program.
