About us

The IIIEE is an international and multidisciplinary institute at Lund University with the overall ambition to advance and apply knowledge in policy and strategy for sustainable solutions. The IIIEE engages in a combination of education and research acivities with the aim to bridge academia to practice.

We conduct research on policy and strategy for sustainable solutions from a governmental as well as a corporate perspective. We specifically focus on "how to make a change".

We educate through two MSc programmes, a PhD programme, undergraduate courses, executive training, and an international youth programme. We educate tomorrow's decision makers.

We are international in terms of students, staff, projects, activities, programmes and worldwide networks and partnerships.

We perform multidisciplinary work through synergies of various disciplines, paradigms and methodologies.

We bridge academia to practice through actively collaborating with stakeholders from government, industry and society.
